This is GUI of this visualization. Control panel is on the left, VTK render is on the right
User can independently select datasets, colors to visualiza. Moreover, many dataset can be visualized as the sam time.
User can me decide the radius of the sphere presenting data points, Reduce data volume to make the visualization faster, and set missing Value ( -999 by default) .
User can me change coordinates of camera and focal point.
User can specify the factor, then zoom in, zoom out, change X, Y, Depth scale
The user is able to view the progress of the mapping mission on single dataset or putting them togehter. Before running this simulation, user can specify simulation speed, which datasets to visualized, which color associated. While running simulation, user can see where and when data were collected, their values depicted by colors and text, a running bar to show percentage of this visualization.
Some Notes:
+ Background color change according to camera position, to notify user if they are viewing from under water or above water.
+ Value and time change to black when running simulation if datta at that point is not available
